The Nest Arenal Observatory Lodge & Spa
The Nest, a recent installation at the Arenal Observatory Lodge & Spa, is a 28 meter high tower for bird and wildlife watching. Enjoy incredible 360° panoramic views of the Arenal Volcano, Lake Arenal, Cerro Chato Volcano and the Tilarán mountain range.

The frog pond
The night sounds of frogs are very common, especially during Costa Rica’s rainy season (May to November). To preserve the natural presence of frogs in the rainforest, a frog pond was created in one of the nearby streams.
