Parismina
Barra del Parismina is a small town located on the Caribbean coast at the mouth of the Reventazón River. Parismina is halfway between Tortuguero and Limon, situated on the Tortuguero canals. Cahuita
This community is a rich mixture of cultures where you can enjoy a variety of local and international cuisine. In addition, visitors have numerous services available here, including tours to the surrounding areas. Cahuita is an excellent choice for a relaxing vacation with beautiful beaches and lush rainforest vegetation. Other activities include bike rides and taking in the surroundings, or visiting the world-famous Cahuita National Park.
Puerto Viejo de Talamanca
The town is known for the exotic beauty of its beaches, its Afro- Caribbean culture, the tropical rainforest, where you can enjoy year-round warm and wet weather, reggae culture and fusion cuisine. In addition, music lovers will be able to enjoy dancing to salsa, hip hop, rock and all rhythms. Puerto Viejo has a great surfing beach with many open-air bars. The town’s beach, called Playa Puerto Viejo, is bordered by Playa Negra and Salsa Brava, and the beach of Berberechos to Uvita.
Just beyond Puerto Viejo is the small fishing village of Manzanillo, the Gandoca-Manzanillo Wildlife Refuge where you take the plunge and dive into the coral reefs of the Caribbean.
