Atención de denuncias servicios al turista

  • Posibles hechos irregulares o ilegales que afectan el uso y manejo de fondos públicos.
  • Situaciones relacionadas con funcionarios del Instituto en perjuicio de la Hacienda Pública.
  • Acciones relacionadas con el debilitamiento del sistema de control interno, así como fallas en procedimientos y corrupción en las oficinas del ICT.

{slider ¿Cómo plantear una denuncia?}

Las denuncias que se presenten ante la Auditoría Interna deben incluir:

  1. La descripción clara, precisa y completa de los hechos presuntamente irregulares.
  2. Posibles responsables.
  3. Pruebas -documentos, testigos, etc.- o indicación de donde pueda ser obtenida la prueba.
  4. Lugar o medio para recibir notificaciones.

{slider Tratamiento de las denuncias}

La Auditoría Interna no dará trámite a las denuncias siguientes:

  • Las que no sean de su competencia; pero serán canalizadas a las instancias respectiva.
  • Las que sean manifiestamente improcedentes o infundadas.
  • Las reiterativas que contengan aspectos que hayan sido atendidos.
  • Las que se refieran únicamente a intereses particulares del ciudadano, en relación con conductas u omisiones de la Administración que les resulten lesivas de alguna forma, y para cuya solución exista un procedimiento específico.

Las denuncias anónimas se atenderán únicamente cuando presenten elementos de convicción y medios probatorios idóneos que permitan iniciar la investigación.T

El denunciante que no cuente con acceso a la prueba que sustenta la denuncia, deberá indicarlo, haciendo mención del departamento u oficina donde se encuentre ésta.

Se procederá con el archivo de la denuncia, de no aportarse prueba alguna o que no se indique el lugar donde ésta pueda ser obtenida.

La Auditoría cuenta con un plazo de 30 días naturales para comunicar al denunciante el trámite que se seguirá con su denuncia.

  • Juan Santamaría International Airport launches laboratory service for rapid COVID-19 testing

    • Passengers will receive results in approximately one hour, allowing them to fulfil entrance requirements in certain countries that require the test.
    • Laboratorios Echandi will be in charge of operating the service.

    Beginning on May 14, the Juan Santamaría International Airport, under the administration of AERIS Costa Rica, will offer a rapid testing laboratory to detect the SARS-CoV-2 virus, which causes COVID-19.

    SINAC and ICT ask visitors to follow a series of recommendations for a safe visit.

    • Engaging in responsible and safe tourism in PWAs requires consistent action on the part of everyone involved.
    • SINAC and ICT have launched campaigns to promote respect for wildlife and visitor safety.
    • Use official websites to learn about the PWA that you will be visiting.
    • If travelling with a tour operator or guide, make sure that they have ICT certifications and/or the necessary operating permits.

    • Convention Center received three major awards: gold in the “People’s Choice” category and bronze in the “Convention Center” and “Versatile Venue” categories.
